Frances S. Farra was born on 25 June 1844 in Ohio.1,2 She and Joseph Parmiter were married on 5 October 1865 in Morgan County, Ohio.3 She died on 10 November 1911, at age 67, in Meigsville Township, Morgan County, Ohio.4,1 She was buried on 13 November 1911 in McKendree Cemetery (Meigsville Township), Morgan County, Ohio.5,1
