Thomas Kelly and Elizabeth Bosman were married on 5 June 1811 in Baltimore County, Maryland.2
Thomas was named as an heir in the will of John Kelly on 23 March 1830 in Brooke County, Virginia (West Virginia).3 Thomas was named as an heir in the will of Mary Bozman on 4 December 1841. The will stated she was "of Brooke County" and was witnessed by William H. Bozman and John Royston Bozman. She left bequests to Thomas Kelly, Eliza Cotton, Wilkes B. Richardson, Reynolds Steen, Susanna Steen, Karenhappuch Steen, and Frances Richardson.4

Cochran 5 October 1864 Muskingum County, Ohio. naming his wife as sole heir4 Sarah appeared on the 1870 US Census recorded on 27 July 1870 in 4th Ward, Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio. She was living alone6 She was doing sewing in 1880.7 Sarah appeared on the 1880 US Census recorded on 9 June 1880 in East National Road, Zanesville, Muskingum County, Ohio. She was listed as Mrs. Sarah Cochran a 66 year old widow born in Pennsylvania.7 She lived in 1883 in Zanesville.8
