Charles Cudworth was born on 25 November 1861 in Knox County, Michigan.1 He and Eva M. Johnston were married on 26 June 1902 in Seneca County, Ohio.1
He was a credit manager in 1902.1 He was an assistant credit manager for a mercantille company in 1920. Charles and Eva appeared on the 1920 US Census recorded on 3 January 1920 in Detroit, Wayne County, Michigan, with her son Harold, their daughters Helen and Marion, and Eva;s mother Elmyra Johnston.2

Thomas McANULLY was born in March 1834 in Trumbull County, Ohio.1,2 He and Mary Ann L. Farmer were married on 10 February 1853 in Edwards County, Illinois.3 He died in May 1870, at age 36, in Fairfield, Wayne County, Illinois.4,2 He was buried.2
Thomas was on the in 1856 tax list in Wayne County, Illinois, for personal property tax. He was in township 1 south range 8 east and paid $104.5 Thomas and Mary appeared on the 1860 US Census recorded on 11 June 1860 in Fairfield, Wayne County, Illinois.6 He was an engineer in 1862.1 He was described as 5 feet 10 inches with dark hair and eyes and light complexion in 1862.1 He lived in 1862 in Fairfield, Wayne County, Illinois.1 He enlisted in the Civil War in Mt Erie, Illinois, on 13 August 18621 He was mustered into company D, 87th Illinois Infantry for three years in Shawnee, Town, Gallatin, Illinois, on 22 September 18621 He was discharged 16 June 1865, in Helena, Phillips County, Arkansas.1
