Charlotte B. Stacy was born on 26 January 1891 in Emerson Township, Gratiot County, Michigan.1 She and Hill were married.2 She was married on 8 June 1909 in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.3 She died on 25 October 1950, at age 59, in Huron, Erie County, Ohio.2 She was buried on 27 October 1950 in Scotts Cemetery, Erie County, Ohio.2
Charlotte appeared on the 1920 US Census recorded on 9 January 1920 in Groton, Erie County, Ohio, with their children Bernita, Doloris, Charlott, Myrtle, and Alfred.4
