In the matter of John Johnson guardian of Oliver Long
January 7th 1868. Final Settlement and Resignation
This day came John Johnson guardian of Oliver Long and tendered his resignation as guardian of said ward, and filed his account for settlement, and the court having examined said account and being fully advised in the premises, approve and confirm the same and the court find that said guardian has in his hands belonging to said ward $32.45 which he is ordered to pay over according to law and the court accepted his resignation.
