This indenture made this twenty eighth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nine between Lewis Kinney and Kezia his wife if the Town of New Lisbon in the county of Columbiana and State of Ohio on the one part & Matthew Stacy of said county in the state aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Lewis Kinney & Kezia his wife for and in consideration of the sum of seventy two dollars lawful money of the United States to him the said Lewis Kinney in hand paid by the said Mathew Stacy the receipt wereof the said Lewis Kinney doth thereby acknowledge have granted bargained & sold & by these presents do grant bargain & sell unto the said Mathew Stacy and his heirs one lot of ground containing sixty feet in breadth and one hundred and eighty feet in depth in the town of New Lisbon in the county of Columbiana in the State of Ohio aforesaid which said lot is distinguished on the map of said town as recorded in the recorders office in the county of Jefferson in the State of Ohio aforesaid by the number two hundred & twelve on Market Street with its appurtenances. To have and to hold the said lot of ground with its appurtenances to him the said Mathew Stacy and his heirs & assigns forever. In witness whereof the said Lewis Kinney & Kezia his wife have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year first above written. On the twenty eighth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & nine before me the undersigned one of the Justices of the Peace in the county of Columbiana of said state came the above named Lewis Kinney & Keziah his wife who acknowledged the above Instrument of conveyance to be their act and deed for the purposes therein contained & the said Kezia being examined separate & apart from her said husband did declare that she did voluntarily & of her own free will & accord seal ____her act & deed deliver the above conveyance without any coercion or compulsion from her said husband.
