I Mary R. Cochran of McConnelsville Morgan County Ohio do by these presents this 26 day of February A.D. 1898. of my free will and volationg give or cause to be given to my daughter Mary L Cochran one US Registered Bond of the par Value of ($500.00) Five hundred dollars, falling due AD 1907 #84809 bearing 4% interest, interest payable quarterly. And placed on deposet at First Nat. Bank. with this paper attached. But just to my order until such time as herein designated, it is further understood that I use the interest accruing thereon during my life. Should I die before the maturity of said Bond I authorize my husband H M Cochran if living to transfer or cause to be transfered said Bond to my said daughter to hold in her own right. if said H. M. Cochran should not be living, then my sons John B. or Francis W. Cochran shal make said transfer or in case of their failure then any one of my surviviing heirs may act in their stead. It is further understood that this gift as above stated in not to be considered as any part of said daughterÆs interest in the residue of my Estate I make this distinction because of her known infirmity.
