The said Accountant charges himself with all and singular the goods, chattels, rights and credits, which were of the said deceased, that have come to his hands, possession or knowledge, according to an inventory and appraisement thereof, exhibited in the Register’s Offfice at Washington, the 10th day of September Anno Domini, 1818
