Quit Claim Deed Robert Johnston to Johnston

Know all men by these presents that I Robert Johnston in Consideration of the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars in hand paid by John Johnston do hereby remise and release and forever quit claim unto the said John Johnston his heirs and assigns forever all my title interest and estate legal and equitable in the following premises with the appurtenances situate in the County of Wood and State of Ohio and bounded and described as follows the north west quarter of section two (?) township four (4) north of Range eleven (11) containing one hundred and sixty acres be the same more or less as witness my hand and seal this fifth day of March AD 1850.

The State of Ohio Wood County ss. Before me Nathan Minard a Justice of the Peace in and for said county personally appeared the above named Robert Johnston and acknowledged the signing and sealing of the above conveyance to be his voluntary act and deed this fifth day of March AD 1850
