Deed Cimon Shroyer to John Mahony 2
Know all men by these presents that we Cimon Shroyer and Rachel wife of the said Cimon Shroyer in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars in hand paid by John Mulhony, all of the County of Wood & State of Ohio, do hereby ______, release and forever 2quit claim, all our right title and interest and estate, legal and equitable, in the following promises situate in the County of Wood and State of Ohio and described as follows, to wit. The South West quarter of the South East quarter of Section three, Township four (4) North of Range twelve (12) containing forty acres. In testimony whereof we have here unto set our hands and seals, this 16th day of February AD 1854. Executed in presence of W. F. Bryant Charles H. Murphy.

The State of Ohio Wood County. Personally appeared before me W. F. Bryant a Justice of the Peace in and for said County, Cimon Shroyer and Rachel Shroyer and acknowledged the signing and sealing of the above conveyance to be their voluntary act and deed; And the said Rachel Shroyer, being at the same time examined by me separate and apart from her said husband, and the contents of said instrument made known to her by me, she declared that she did voluntarily sign, seal and acknowledge the same, and is satisfied therewith, the 16th day of February AD 1854 W. F. Bryant J. P.
