Will of John R. Bozman
Will filed and admitted to Probate.
This day an instrument of writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto of John R. Bozman, late of this County deceased, was presended and filed by C. B. Bozman, together with an application for the admission of the same to probate and record. And it is made to appear to the Court that the widow Margaret Bozman, and all the next of kin of said decedent residing in this State, waive the issuing and service of Notice herein, and ask for the probate of said instrument. And thereupon came John E. Hanna, one of the subscribing witnesses to said Will and Joshua T. Crew, one of the subscribing witnesses to said Codicil, who in open Court were duly sworn and examined touching the execution and attestation of said Will and Codicil thereto: and also came R. B. Moore and J. L. Cochran who were duly sworn and examined respectively as to the genuineness of the signature of James M. Gaylord, the other subscribing witness to said Will and who is now deceased, and also as to the genuineness of the signature of S. H. Fouts the other subscribing witness to said Codicil, who is now insane; and the testimony of each of the above named witnesses was reduced to writing subscribed and sworn to by them respectively and filed. On consideration whereof, and the Court being fully advised in the ___mises, the Court finds that said instrument is the last Will and Testament and Codicil thereto of said John R. Bozman, deceased, that the same was duly executed and attested; that at the time of executing the same, said testator was of full age, of sound mind and memory, and not under any restraint. It is therefore ordered by the Court that said Will and Codicil thereto be, and the same are hereby admitted to probate: and that the same, together with the exhibits, entries and testimony so taken as aforesaid be duly recorded; and that said applicant recover from the estate of said testator his costs herein made taxed at $7.56.
