Deed John Johnston to John Johnston and Robert Johnston

Know all men by these presents that I John Johnston Senr. Of the County of Wood and State of Ohio in consideration of five hundred dollars to me in hand paid by John Johnson and Robert Johnson of the county and state aforesaid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have and do hereby grant bargain sell and convey to the said John and Robert Johnston their heirs and assigns the following described lands and tenements situated in the County of Wood and State of Ohio to wit. The north west quarter of section ten in township four north of range eleven also the south west quarter of section three township four north of range eleven to have and to hold the same to the said John Johnston and Robert Johnston their heirs and assigns forever and said John Johnson senr. doth hereby covenant to warrant and forever defend said premises to the said John Johnston and Robert Johnson their heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 31st day of March 1846.
