Quit Claim Elizabeth Johnston, Synthia Scott, Robert Johnston and Jane Johnston to John Johnston, signed 4 March 1850, recorded 10 April 1850
Know all men by these presents that we Elizabeth Johnston and Synthia Scott and Robert Johnston and Jane Johnston in consideration of the sum of one hundred and sixth nine dollars in hand paid by John Johnston do hereby remise release and forever quit claim unto the said John Johnston his heirs and assigns forever all our title interest and estate legal and equitable in the following premises with their appurtances situate in the county of Wood and State of Ohio and bounded and described as follows. The west half of the south east quarter and south half of the south west quarter of section two of township four north of range eleven containing one hundred and sixty acres; In testimony whereof we have here unto set our hands and seals this 4th day of March A.D.1850.
