The children of the first wife of Wikes B. Richardson (sic) have begun suit to set aside his will. Richardson, who died several months ago, was the wealthiest farmer of Morgan county and owned 1000 acres of land in Bloom township. The three sons of the widow were highly preferred under the will and undue influence is alleged. Six prominent attorneys of Zanesville and this place have been retained by the plaintiffs. The amount involved is about $96,000. (or 75, 000 blurred).
