Application to Probate Will.
To the Honorable And now comes George W. Wallace and produces for admission to Probate in said Court, the last Will and testament of Wilkes B. Richardson, late a resident of the Township of Bloom in said County who died on the 20th day of June A. D. 1888.
Said Will was not deposited during the lifetime of the Testator, in the office of the Judge of the Probate Court of said County, for safe keeping as allowed by law. Said Testator died leaving Elizabeth A. Richardson his wife and the following persons, all of his next of kin resident in the state of Ohio.

Will of Application to Probate
This day an instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Wilkes B. Richardson, late of Bloom Township this county deceased was filed by George W. Wallace together with his application for the admission of the same to probate as such last will. It is ordered by the Court that notice of such filing of said instrument and application and that said application will be for hearing July 7th 1888 at 1 o’clock P. M. be given to the widow and all the next of kin of said decedent not less than five days prior to said time of hearing and that an order issue to said applicant for such notice. And thereupon this cause in continued to said time of hearing.

You are hereby commanded to notify Elizabeth A. Richardson, Keren Bradley, Mary E. Rhineberger, Ruth McCune, Frances Mercer, Vincent E. Richardson, Anna Jackson, Isoline Sevall, Mary J. Richardson, Wilkie J. Richardson, Cleason B. Richardson, Maddison M. Richardson, Birdie E. Richardson giving at least 5 days notice.
That on the 30th day of June A. D. 1888 an instrument of writing, purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Wilkes B. Richardson late of Bloom Township, in said County, deceased, was produced in open Court and an application to admit the same to probate was on the same day made in said Court. Said application will be for hearing before this Court on the 7 day of July A. D. 1888 at 1 o’clock P. M.
Herein fail not, but of this writ and service thereon make due return.
Witness my signature as Judge of the Probate Court and the seal of said Court this 30th day of June A. D. 1888.

Joseph Reed, being duly sworn and examined as a witness in the above entitled matter says; I was present at the execution of the instrument now shown to me bearing date the 4th day of August A. D. 1883 and offered for probate as the last Will and Testament of Wilkes B. Richardson late of Bloom Township in said County of Morgan, deceased, and saw the said Wilkes B. Richardson, now deceased sign and seal said instrument and heard him acknowledge the same to be his last will and testament, and I thereupon at his request and in his presence subscribed my name to the same as a witness. The said decedent at the time of making signing and sealing said instrument, was of full age of sound mind and memory and not under any restraint.

The said decedent at the time of making, signing, and sealing said instrument was of full age, of sound mind and memory and not under any restraint.

D. 1883 and offered for probate as the last Will and Testament of Wilkes B. Richardson, late of Bloom Township, in said County of Morgan deceased, and saw the said Wilkes B. Richardson now deceased, sign and seal said instrument, and heard him acknowledge the same to be his last Will & Testament, and I thereupon, at his request and in his presence, subscribed my name to the same as a witness. The said decedent, at the time of making, signing and sealing said instrument was of full age, of sound mind and memory, and not under any restraint.

Will of Admitted to Probate
This day pursuant to former continuance had herein this cause came on to be heard on the application to probate the instrument of writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Wilkes B. Richardson, deceased, heretofore filed in this Court, the exhibits and testimony. And it appearing to the Court that the widow and all the next of kin of said decedent, residing in this state, have been duly notified of the filing of said instrument and application and of the time of hearing thereon according to law and the former oder of this Court, the time and manner of service of which notice the Court approves. And thereupon Joseph Reed, Seth Reed and E. M. Stanberry the subscribing witnesses to said will appeared in open Court, were duly sworn and examined according to law and their testimony thereon was reduced to writing, subscribed, sworn to and filed. And it appearing to the Court from the testimony so taken, that said will was duly executed and attested, and that at the time execution the same said Testator was of full age, of sound mind and memory, and not under any restraint. The Court now admits said instrument to Probate as such last Will and Testament, and orders the same together with the testimony so taken to be duly recorded according to law, and that said applicant pay the costs herein taxed at $6.48.
