Edward Bozman to Edward Magers
Recd for Record Oct.3rd 1845 and Recorded 6th same Month
Know all men by these presents that Edward Bozman & Sarah Bozman his wife of the County of Morgan in the State of Ohio for and in consideration of the Sum of Tow hundred and forty eight Dollars Lawful Money of the United States to us paid in had by Edward Magers of the County of Morgan and State of Ohio the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge and are therewith contented and satisfied have given granted bargained sold aliened and conveyed and by these presents do freely, fully, and absolutely give grant bargain sell alien convey and confirm unto the said Edward Mager his heirs and assigned forever a certain tract or parcel of land situate in the County of Morgan and State of Ohio to wit Thrity Two Acres off the West half of Fraction four Township Ten and Range Eleven in the Zanesville land District to be taken off the East End of said West half of Fraction Thirty four to run clear across said Tract also the East Half of the fraction Thirty four Township Ten of Range Eleven in the Zanesville land District To Have and to Hold the said granted and bargained premises with all the appurtenances ________ commodities to the same belonging or in anywise ______ to him the said Edward Mager his heirs and assigned forever to their own proper use benefit and behoof forever as a good perfect and absolute Estate in fee simple and we the said Edward Bozman Sarah his wife for ourselves our heirs executors and administrators do covenant with the said Edward Magers his heirs and assigns that before and until the sealing and Delivery of these presents we are lawfully seized in fee of the above granted and bargained premises and appurtenances that we have good right full power and lawful authority in us to sell and convey the same to the said Edward Magers and that the said premises are free from all former figts grants or other incumbrances whatever and that we do and will warrant secure and defend the same to him the said Edward Magers his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands of all and every person whomsoever

Before me J. P. Sells a Justice of the Peace Personally appeared Edward Bosman & Sarah Bosman his wife and acknowledged the signing and sealing of the foregoing instrument to be their voluntary act and Deed and the said Sarah Bosman being examined by me separate from her said husband and the contents of said deed being made known so to her She still said she voluntary signed the aforesaid deed and the she is still satisfied therewith this 2nd day of Oct 1845 J.
