Deed Phillip Shroyer to Daniel Shroyer
Know all men by these presents that we Phillip Shroyer and Salinda Shroyer wife of said Phillip Shroyer the County of Wood Ohio, in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollar in hand paid by Daniel Shroyer of the same place have bargained and sold and to hereby grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Daniel Shroyer his heirs and assigns forever the following premises situate in the County of Wood in the state of Ohio and in the district of land heretofore subject to sale at Bucyrus Ohio and described as follows, to wit. (^One hundred acres off from the west half) The North East of Section No. four North of Range __________ containing one hundred acres to have and to hold said aforesaid _____________unto the said Daniel Shroyer his heirs and assigns forever And the said Phillip Shroyer for himself and his heirs doth hereby covenant with said Daniel Shroyer his heirs and assigns that he is lawfully seized of this premises aforesaid that the premises are free and clear from all encumbrances whatsoever and that he will forever warrant and defend the same with the appurtenances unto the said Daniel Shroyer his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In testimony whereof the said Phillip Shroyer and Salinda Shroyer have hereunto set their hands and seals this sixth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty.

The State of Ohio Wood Count ss. Before me Theodore F. Frisbie a Justice of the Peace in and for said county personally appeared the afore named Phillip Shroyer and Salinda his wife and acknowledged this signing and sealing of the above conveyance to be their voluntary act and deed and the said Salinda being at the same time examined by us separate and apart from her said husband and the contents of said instrument made known to her by us she then declared that she did voluntarily sign seal and acknowledge the same and that she is still satisfied therewith this 5th day of February A. D. 1850.
