In the name of God Amen, I Joseph Bunner, of Monongohalea County and State of Virginia being of sound mind memorey and understanding do make This my last will and testament in Manner and ___following that is to say it is my will and desire that after my decese that all my property will be sold and my debts shall be paid out of it that is to any two feather beds and bedding one duzzen chairs one dresser and dresser affairs one trunk one dinner pot one oven and lead one little one thirteen gallon kittle one axe one linning when I one Check Real one Squair Table one ____ and one horse coalt called Charley and two Cows one hog and hour shepp and all my Farming ____ after my depts. Is paid it is further my will and desire if there be aney thing Remaining either by law or equity to my nine children Marey Stacy Catherine Swisher Elizabeth Swisher Joseph bunner, John Bunner, Gasper Bunner, Margret Lea, Henry bunner, Rutha Stayrn [handwritten insert: John Bunner, Gasper Bunner, Margret Lea, Henrey bunner,] to be equal devided between them shear and shear alike as tenants in common and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint the said Joseph Bunner my son sole Executrix of this my last will and testament heretofore by me made declaring this only to be my last will and testament in witness where of I have hereunto subscribed my name and of Fixed my seal this tenth day of November in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and twenty eight.

At a court held of Monongaila county November term 1828 the foregoing last will and testament was produced in court proven by the oath of Joseph Bunner and Stephen Wilson witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded.
