Asa Hussey & wife To Levi Davis
Received 29th Sept 1837 Recorded October 2nd AD 1837
This indenture made the 23rd day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty for & between Asa Hussey and Mary his wife of the County of Morgan in the State of Ohio of the first part and Levi Davis of the County and State aforesaid of the second part. Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars of lawful money of Ohio to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened ______ and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell ____ and confirm unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever all that certain tract of parcel of land situate and lying in the Township of Olive County and State aforesaid containing thirty two acres be the same more or less and bounded as follows to wit beginning at the North East corner of the North East quarter of Section No. 36 [?] Township No. 65 Range No. 9 from thence on Section line about eighty ______ until it intercepts a run or little brook thence down said brook to __ white oak tree being notched or marked ____ ____ on the South side of said brook from thence in a Southerly direction to a stake on the quarter line to the first mentioned boundary together with all and singular the here _______ and appurtenances therein belonging or in anywise appertaining and the _____ and ______ and ____ and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and al the estate right title interest claim or demand whatsoever of the said party of the first part either in law or equity of in and to the above bargained premises with the said here_____ ___ appurtenance. To have to to hold the said premises above particularly mentioned and described to the said party of second part his heirs and assigns forever And the said Asa Hussy ____ for himself his heirs executors and administrators covenants and grants to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that they the said party of the first part ______fully satisfied in fee of the above aforesaid granted premises___________ free from all encumbrances that they have good ______ to sell and convey the same to the said party of the second parnt ______________________seals the day and year first above written.

Morgan County ss. On the twenty third day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty four personally appeared before me one of the Justices of the Peace in and for said County Asa Hussey and Mary his wife and being known by me to be the grantors named in the above deed of conveyance severally acknowledged the signing and sealing of the same as their act and deed for the purposes therein expressed and the contents of said deed having been made known to the said Mary she being by me examined separately and apart from her husband declared that she voluntarily and ____ own free will and accord and without fear or coercion of her husband did and now doth acknowledge the signing and sealing thereof
