Note or to put it in Such a Situation that it may be collected

Monroe County This day personally appeared before me a Justice of the Peace for said County Daniel [Hussy?] and make oath that he saw the two first mentioned pieces of leather delivered to said Hussey in the fall of 1826 ___ the same day came Adna Hussy & mae othat that he saw the just mentioned Leather delivered & the price above stated ___agreed upon by the ____ _____ under my hand & seal this 6th day of Feb. 1826

Know all men by these presents that we Daniel Converse and David Ditch of Monroe County and State of Illinois are held and firmly bound unto the People of the State of Illinois in the final sum of three hundred dollars good and lawful money of the United State for the payment of which to be with and truly made and done we and each of us bind ourselves jointly and severally and firmly and our Joint and several heirs Executors and Administrators firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this 12th day of December AD 1826
The condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above ________ Daniel Conserve Administrator of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of Adna Hussy deceased do make or cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of all and singular the good chattels and credits of the said deceased which have or shall come to the hands possession or knowledge of him the said Daniel Converse or into the hands or possession of any other person or persons for him and the same so made to exhibit or cause to be exhibited in the Court of Probate of Monroe County aforesaid at or before the twelfth day of April next ensuing ____ the same goods and chattels and credits of the said deceased at the time of his death which at any time hereafter shall come to the hands or possession of him the said Daniel Converse or into the hands and possession of any other person or persons for him does well and truly Administer according to Law and further do make or cause to be made a true and just account of his said Administration at or before the twelfth day of September AD1827. And the rest and ____ of said goods chattels and credits which shall be found remaining upon the said Administrators account the same being first examined and allowed of by the Court of Probate for said County of Monroe shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons respectively as the said Court of Probate by its decree or sentence pursuant to the ture intent and meaning of Law shall Limit and appoint and if is shall hereafter appear that any last will and Testament was made by the deceased and the executor or executors therein named, do exhibit the same into the said Court making request to have it allowed and approved accordingly, if the said Daniel Converse above bound, being thereunto required do render and deliver the said Letters of Administration approbation of such Testament being first had and made in the said Court then this obligation to be void and of none effect else to remain in full force and virtue Daniel Converse
