This may certify that I relinguish all my rights as the nearest relative of my deceased husband Freeman Kelly, to administer on his estate, to my brother Adna Hussey

This day personally came before me Caldwell Cairns Judge of Probate in and for the County aforesaid Adam Smith. And being duly sworn deposed and said that Freeman Kelly for whose estate letters of administration are now applied for is actually dead and to this best of his knowledge and belief died intestte and find _____this said ____

Know all men by these presents that we Adna Hussey, John Jaines, and Adam Smith are hild and firmly bound unto the people of the State of Illinois in the [p]inal sum of five hundred dollars good and lowful money of the United States for which payment well and truly to be made and done we find ourselves into and personally and our joint and several heirs executors and administrators firmly by these presents sealed with our seals and dated this eighteenth day of May anno domini Eighteen hundred and twenty two.
The conditions of the above obligations is such tat if the within bound Adna Hussey administrator of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of Freeman Kelly deceased do make or cause be made a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the good and chattels and credits of the said deceased which have or shall come to the hands possession or knowledge of him the said Adna Hussey or into the hands and possession of any other person or persons for ___ and the same so make to exhibit or cause to be exhibited in the Probate court of the County of Monroe at or before the eighteenth day of August next insueing, and the sam goods chattels and credits and all other goods chattels and credits of the said deceased at the time of his death which at any time hereafter shall come to the hands or possession of the said Adna Hussey or into the hands and possession of any other person or persons for ___- well and truly administer according to law and further as makes or causes to be made a true and just accounting of his said administration at or before the eighteenth day of November next insuing and all the rest and residue of said good, chattels and credits which shall be found remaining upon the said administrators account the same being first examined and allowed of by the Court of Probate for said County shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons ________ as the said Court of Probate by its decree or sentence pursuant to the true interest and meaning of the law shall limit and appoint, and of it shall hereafter _____ that any last will and testament was made by said deseased _____ _____ _____named do exhibit the same unto the said Court making request to have the same allowed and approved accordingly if the said Adna Hussey within ____ ____ thereunto requested do render and deliver the said Letters of Administration approbation of such testament being first had and made in the said Couth. _____ this obligation to be void and of none effect. ____ to remaining full force and virtue.
