Mrs. Griffiths Illness Fatal
Mrs. Jennie Richards Griffiths, 78, of Santa Barbara, Cal., died Monday afternoon at her home following a long illness.
A native of this city, she was the daughter of Joseph and Rebecca Weeks. For 11 years she had lived in Santa Barbara.
Mrs. Griffiths was a member of the Presbyterian church in Santa Barbara, and had previously been a member of the Central Trinity Methodist church here.
Surviving are her husband, Lane S. Griffiths; a son, G. Edwin Richards of Pittsburgh.
Services will be held Thursday afternoon in Santa Barbara, after which the body will be moved to this city to arrive Monday morning at 7:58 o’clock.
The body will be taken to the Hearing-Bryan-Delong funeral home here, but arrangements for local services are incomplete.
