Clara D. Crozier Dies suddenly
McConnelsville, O. – Mrs. Clara D. Crozier died suddenly morning shortly after 8 o’clock at an apartment in the I O O F building on Seventh street in McConnelsville where she and her twin-sister Mrs. Carrie Bowen resided together. Her death was attributed to a heart attack.
In her usual manner she had arisen and lighted the fire in the apartment which usually did about eight o’clock and had gone back to her bed and when her sister arose about 8:30 o’clock she had passed away. She had been in failing health.
She was the daughter of Wilson and Eleanor Philips Farra and lived her life in Morgan township Morgan county and McConnelsville.
She was a member of Trinity Methodist church and of Morgan grange.
She was twice married. Her first husband was Frank Roberts. Of this union a son Howard Roberts of Columbus survives and a daughter, Mrs. Helen Roberts Kuntz, is deceased.
Her second husband was John Crozier. Both husbands are deceased.
Also surviving are six grandchildren, two great grandchildren and the twin sister Mrs. Carrie Bown of the home.
Funeral services will be held at the Miller funeral home Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock with Rev. H. T. Wintermute __ officiating. Burial will be made in McConnelsville cemetery.
The body will remain at the funeral home until after funeral services.
