Carl A. Wilson
Carl A. Wilson, 77, of 2025 Hoge avenue died at 5:05 p.m. Thursday at Good Samaritan Hospital where he had been a patient since Monday.
A lifelong resident of Zanesville, he was a son of Winfield and Ada Weeks Wilson. He had been a kiln burner for Standard Tile Company until his retirement. He was a member of Eagles Lodge 302 and First Christian Church. He was the last of 11 children.
His wife, the former Blanche Bowers, preceded him in death Aug. 18, 1959. His only survivors are several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at Forest Avenue Chapel, Bolin-Bryan Funeral Home, where services will be held 2:30 p.m. Saturday. The Rev. Carl McClelland will officiate and burial will be in Memorial Park.
