No. 36 Petition of Joseph Henderson surviving administrator of James Cochran decd stating that there [is a] deficiting[?] of assets to pay the debts of the said estate as appears by the certificate of the Register, herewith exhibited, and that he died seized of a certain tract of land containing about eighty acres situate in Donegal township and adjoining land of John & Samuel McMurray, the heirs of William Hawkins decd and others, and therefore pray the Court to order the sale of said land for the payment of [heirs/] and depts..
December 28th, 1832 Sale awarded, and to be held on the premises the first Monday of March 1833. (Order and Notice issued.) March Session 1833 Administrator reports, That he sold the above described tract of land on the 4th day of March 1833 (first Monday) to Samuel Cochran of Donegal township for four hundred dollars. March 25th 1833 Sale Confirmed.
